Jess Compito is the CEO and Founder of Amore Weddings & Co., bringing together years of hands-on experience in the wedding industry, a background in design and marketing, and a deep passion for creating seamless, elegant celebrations.

With five years of wedding experience as an event server, captain, and assistant to the maître d’, Jess has been part of over 100 weddings, gaining an intimate understanding of how a wedding day truly unfolds behind the scenes. This foundation allows her to anticipate needs, communicate clearly with vendors, and craft timelines that flow effortlessly.

Her education in design and marketing adds a refined creative lens to every project, blending aesthetics, strategy, and organization into a planning approach that is both thoughtful and detail-driven.

Amore Weddings & Co. was created to offer couples a stress-free, personalized planning experience that brings clarity, beauty, and support to every stage of their journey.
