I’m Jess Compito, the CEO and Founder of Amore Weddings & Co., where I bring together years of hands-on wedding industry experience, a background in design and marketing, and a deep passion for creating seamless, elegant celebrations.

With five years of experience working weddings as an event server, captain, and assistant to the maître d’, I’ve been part of over 100 weddings. This behind-the-scenes perspective has given me a true understanding of how a wedding day unfolds in real time, allowing me to anticipate needs, communicate clearly with vendors, and create timelines that flow effortlessly.

My education in design and marketing adds a refined creative lens to every celebration I plan. I blend aesthetics, strategy, and organization into an approach that is thoughtful, detail driven, and tailored to each couple’s vision.

I created Amore Weddings & Co. to offer couples a stress free, personalized planning experience that brings clarity, beauty, and support to every stage of the journey. When you work with me, you can expect a calm, elevated, and deeply intentional planning partnership from start to “I do”.
